“Hours after the session my feet feel great, and I’m relaxed and energized.”* Dr. Rob G.
I first ventured into reflexology in the early 1980's when, as a licensed Massage Therapist, I took a two-day training and incorporated foot reflexology into my massage practice.
Here I am, decades later, finally giving reflexology the attention it deserves as a means by which to better my and others' health.
In most reflexology sessions, I focus on the reflex maps on the feet. Often, I will add hand and/or ear reflexes to support that work if we are addressing a chronic, longstanding health challenge.
Reflexology is not a substitute for medical care, and if you have a serious medical condition please see a doctor. Reflexology has, however, been shown to help with a wide variety of symptoms and conditions, and you can find links on the "About Reflexology" tab above to some of the research studies that document improvements in health through reflexology.
